Your invitation: Kirklees Health and Care Partnership online event – Tuesday 8 July

You are invited to the Kirklees Health and Care Partnership online public event being held on Tuesday 8 July at 1.30pm-3.30pm

We are holding an online public event to give you the opportunity to hear about the wide range of projects we’ve been working on, this will include:

• MY Surgical Hub at Dewsbury and District Hospital
• Tackling health inequalities with Locala’s Clinic in a Van
• Healthier working lives in Kirklees
• Kirklees Community Champions raising awareness about cardiovascular disease (CVD)

The event will be held on Microsoft Teams and joining instructions will be sent nearer the time.

Kirklees Health and Care Partnership (KHCP) was established in July 2022 and brings together the local NHS, other health and care providers, Kirklees Council, Healthwatch, and community and voluntary sector organisations, to arrange and deliver services for the people who live in Kirklees.

Our focus is on preventing ill health, improving health and healthcare, reducing health inequalities, making the best of our collective resources, and putting communities at the heart of all we do.
