Kirklees Health and Care Partnership (KHCP) was established in July 2022. It brings together the local NHS, other health and care providers, Kirklees Council, Healthwatch, and community and voluntary sector organisations to arrange and deliver services for the people who live in Kirklees.
Our focus is on preventing ill health, improving health and healthcare, reducing health inequalities, making the best of our collective resources, and putting communities at the heart of all we do.
You can visit our website for more information and the latest news about the Kirklees Health and Care Partnership.
