Kirklees Health and Care Partnership Engagement event

7 June 2023

The Kirklees Health and Care Partnership is holding its first public engagement event to give you the opportunity to hear about who we are, what we do and what our plans are.

If you live in Kirklees, you are invited to our online public engagement event being held on Wednesday 5th July from 10am until 12pm.

Kirklees Health and Care Partnership (KHCP) was established in July 2022 and brings together the local NHS, other health and care providers, Kirklees Council, Healthwatch, and community and voluntary sector organisations, to arrange and deliver services for the people who live in Kirklees.

Our focus is on preventing ill health, improving health and healthcare, reducing health inequalities, making the best of our collective resources, and putting communities at the heart of all we do.

We will be providing updates on a wide range of projects we’ve been working on in our first year, including our Urgent Community Response service, and the Kirklees Health and Wellbeing plan.

The event will be held on Microsoft Teams and joining instructions will be sent nearer the time. To receive the link to the event, please register on Evenbrite.
