COVID-19 oximetry at home

We designed this service to provide remote monitoring for high-risk patients with COVID-19 symptoms. We loaned eligible patients a pulse oximeter to monitor their oxygen levels at home and report results via a dedicated phone line or smartphone app.

Local Care Direct, working with the local NHS, GP practices, care homes and hospitals – provided the care to around 300 Kirklees residents. The low level of COVID-19 infections means that the service is not currently available.
